Sudoku Empire Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

You can request deletion of your Sudoku Empire data from LUCKYsync Studio by emailing sudokuempire@luckysyncstudio.com. Include your ranking nickname and, if available, your player ID so we can locate the correct profile. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may ask for information to verify ownership before deleting data. You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us.

Open Sudoku Empire, go to Ranking, select “Sair do ranking / apagar meus dados” (leave the ranking / delete my data), and confirm the request. An internet connection is required. Wait for confirmation that deletion succeeded.

No aplicativo: abra Ranking → “Sair do ranking / apagar meus dados” → confirme. Aguarde a confirmação de sucesso antes de fechar ou desinstalar o aplicativo.

A successful ranking deletion removes your anonymous authentication user, ranking profile (including nickname) and associated daily scores from the active database. These ranking records are deleted when the server completes the request, without an additional waiting period in the active database.

This action does not erase progress, coins, settings or other data stored locally on your device. To remove local data, use Android's app storage controls. Uninstalling alone does not request deletion of server ranking data; device or operating-system backups may also retain local data.

Ranking deletion does not cancel purchases or subscriptions, or automatically erase purchase records held by Google Play or RevenueCat, advertising data held by advertising providers, or support correspondence. These records are subject to the relevant provider's retention rules and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request help with data beyond the ranking; we will explain any verification needed and any data that must be retained, including the reason and applicable retention period, when handling your request.

Sudoku Empire is provided by LUCKYsync Studio. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), LUCKYsync Studio acts as the controller for personal data collected directly through Sudoku Empire, this website and support communications.

Advertising partners may use identifiers, cookies or similar technologies to deliver contextual or personalized ads where allowed. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions requiring consent, we will request consent where required before using data for personalized advertising.

You can control ad personalization through your device settings, Google account settings and any consent controls available in the app.

Under GDPR, our legal bases may include contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations and, where necessary, steps requested before entering into a contract.

Sudoku Empire is a puzzle game for a general audience, but it is not directed to children under 13 years old, or under the minimum digital consent age in their country where that age is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without proper consent, please contact us so we can review and delete the information where required.

We may share information with:

• service providers that host, secure, analyze or support the game;
• advertising and measurement partners, subject to consent where required;
• Google Play and payment processors for purchases, refunds and entitlement checks;
• authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• a successor organization if the game or studio is involved in a merger or transfer.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling data for money.

We may work with providers located in different countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful mechanisms when required.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including game operation, support, security, legal compliance, accounting and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and legal requirements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at sudokuempire@luckysyncstudio.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risks and respond to issues responsibly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Sudoku Empire evolves, new features are added or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
