Sudoku Empire is provided by LUCKYsync Studio. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), LUCKYsync Studio acts as the controller for personal data collected directly through Sudoku Empire, this website and support communications.

Depending on how you use Sudoku Empire, we may collect or receive:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCKYsync Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill arising from your use of Sudoku Empire.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Sudoku Empire if you violate these terms, create risk for the game or other users, misuse purchases or support systems, or if required by law or platform rules.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections remain available to you.
